All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our clothing, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We quality check every piece before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@precieuxlondon.co.uk with:

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
Fit & Sizing Notes
Many of our pieces are adjustable or size-flexible (e.g., elastic waists, wrap designs, etc.), but if you’re unsure about sizing, please reach out before ordering — we’ll help you find the best fit.
